Guest Services Intern
The Guest Services Intern will gain experience in the day to day operations of the only on-site vacation property management company in Rosemary Beach. They will develop skills in a variety of areas including hospitality, facility maintenance, customer service, housekeeping and event planning. The Guest Services Intern will report to the Director of Guest Relations. Key Responsibilities: -Welcome guests to Rosemary Beach and insuring their stay exceeds expectations -Assist guests at check-in and check-out -Answer questions about the area and services offered by Rosemary Beach -Communicate with guests in a friendly and professional manner -Work with other departments to have guest issues resolved -Provide concierge services for guests -Assist with projects and other duties that are assigned Qualifications: -Enrolled at an accredited college in their junior year or higher pursuing an education in hospitality management, business or related field of study -1-2 years' experience in hospitality or customer service -Ability to effectively communicate with people -Must possess excellent written and oral skills -Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills -Excellent problem solving skills -Ability to make reasonable decisions -Maintain enthusiasm and a positive attitude -Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays Rosemary Beach is a neo-traditional community on northwest Florida's gulf coast, between Panama City and Destin. It is at the eastern end of Scenic Route 30A. This is a paid internship opportunity.
