Job Description

The BANKRUPTCY MANAGER will oversee bankruptcy specialist who will prepare and file various bankruptcy motions and claims on behalf of our clients.  The staff will communicate with court personnel and clients in writing and verbally.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Comfortable with contacting attorneys, court personnel and clients.
• High level of typing skills and computer literacy.
• Knowledge of bankruptcy law or high knowledge of civil courts practice.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience with foreclosure, bankruptcy, or as legal assistant manager level role
• Experience with internet based applications (LPS, Lenstar, Vendorscape) preferred
• Ability to read and understand legal documents 
• Must have basic computer proficiency, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Superior attention to detail
• High School Diploma, College degree preferred
• Ability to thrive in a high volume, high pressure environment

The hours of this position at 9am-5:30pm EST M-F, must be able to work these hours.
