Job Description
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Having a friendly phone voice and being efficient when handling calls
- Making a great impression when clients and guests walk in the front door
- Providing support to the internal team through various administrative tasks
- Organizing meetings
- Scanning and filing
- Processing Mail
- Ordering office supplies as needed
- Assist with disbursing monthly invoices and statements to clients
WHAT WE’LL LIKE ABOUT YOU:
- Minimum of two years of experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role
- Experience using Microsoft Office products (specifically Word and Excel)
- Enjoys learning and accepting responsibility
- Be a true team player, considering no job too big, too small, or too repetitive
- The ability to multi-task and prioritize while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and communications skills
- Desire to work in a small-company environment
