    Job Description

    WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

    • Having a friendly phone voice and being efficient when handling calls
    • Making a great impression when clients and guests walk in the front door
    • Providing support to the internal team through various administrative tasks
    • Organizing meetings
    • Scanning and filing
    • Processing Mail
    • Ordering office supplies as needed
    • Assist with disbursing monthly invoices and statements to clients

    WHAT WE’LL LIKE ABOUT YOU:

    • Minimum of two years of experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role
    • Experience using Microsoft Office products (specifically Word and Excel)
    • Enjoys learning and accepting responsibility
    • Be a true team player, considering no job too big, too small, or too repetitive
    • The ability to multi-task and prioritize while maintaining strong attention to detail
    • Excellent organizational and communications skills
    • Desire to work in a small-company environment
