Job Summary

Rosenberg Fortuna & Laitman, LLP is a growing Emerging Companies, Corporate and Commercial Litigation firm seeking a full-time, experienced attorney with corporate transactional experience. Qualified individuals must be capable of drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex documents involving the formation of entities, all aspects of corporate governance, equity plans, equity financing, M&A etc. Experience with commercial real-estate transactions a plus. Salary $150,000-$250,000 commensurate with experience (Partnership Opportunity) and whether any portable business exists, together with a robust suite of benefits including 401k/Match, Profit-Sharing Plan, PTO, health, dental, vision insurance, bonus, percentage of origination.

Responsibilities

Develop risk mitigation strategies

Perform legal research and extensive due diligence

Provide legal advice to clients on all aspects of corporate law

Review, modify, and create contracts relating to corporate law

Prepare for and attend legal proceedings

Negotiate on behalf of clients
