Responsibilities: • Develop and sustain relationships with Realtors by promoting Realtor Assistant On Demand opportunities • Interact with clients in person and by phone, providing support during the loan process • Examine financial records from appropriate entities • Assemble and evaluate loan requests based on pre-set criteria • Manage and store loan applications • Monitor progress and stay in contact with clients to ensure they are kept informed • Communicate with appraisers, sales representatives, and real estate brokers when needed Qualifications: • Hold or be in the process of obtaining state licensure for any of the following states: Florida, Michigan, Minnesota, Texas, North Carolina, Ohio • Be confident in making calls to Leads and Realtors • Have experience with a range of mortgage loans such as FHA and VA loans • Possess a background in banking, financial advising, or mortgage consulting • Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and sales skills • Be experienced in utilizing loan origination software and CRM systems Compensation: $72,000 - $156,000 yearly
