In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing relationships with real estate agents, fostering partnerships, and driving business growth through referrals. Responsibilities: • Initiate and maintain regular communication with real estate agents to promote our mortgage services and discuss potential partnership opportunities. • Educate realtors on the benefits of referring their clients to Roseth Mortgage for their mortgage needs, emphasizing our competitive rates, flexible loan options, and exceptional customer service. • Conduct follow-up calls and meetings with realtors to address any questions or concerns they may have and provide ongoing support. • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies for engaging with real estate agents and maximizing referral opportunities. • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to effectively position Roseth Mortgage as a trusted mortgage partner. • Track and report on key performance metrics related to realtor outreach and referral generation. Qualifications: • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or relationship management, with a focus on the real estate industry preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others effectively. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities. • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional service. • Knowledge of mortgage products, lending processes, and regulatory requirements is a plus. Compensation: $107,000 - $142,000 at plan yearly
