Responsibilities: • Build and cultivate lasting relationships with Realtors to advocate for the benefits of Realtor Assistant On Demand. • Provide support to clients both in person and over the phone, guiding them through the loan process. • Thoroughly examine the provided financial records. • Assess loan applications based on established criteria. • Safely organize and manage loan documentation. • Keep track of progress and regularly inform clients about their status. • Collaborate with appraisers, sales representatives, and real estate agents as necessary. Qualifications: • Hold or be in the process of obtaining a license to work in Florida, Michigan, Minnesota, Texas, North Carolina, or Ohio is required for this role. • Confidence in making calls to Leads and Realtors is essential. • Familiarity with FHA and VA mortgages is a must-have. • Demonstrated prior experience in banking, financial advising, or mortgage consulting is preferred. • Strong communication, presentation, and sales abilities are necessary skills. • Proficiency in loan origination software and CRM systems is expected. Compensation: $72,000 - $156,000 yearly
