Qualifications: • Hold or be in the process of obtaining a license to work in Florida, Michigan, Minnesota, Texas, North Carolina, or Ohio is required for this role. • Confidence in making calls to Leads and Realtors is essential. • Familiarity with FHA and VA mortgages is a must-have. • Demonstrated prior experience in banking, financial advising, or mortgage consulting is preferred. • Strong communication, presentation, and sales abilities are necessary skills. • Proficiency in loan origination software and CRM systems is expected.
