BASIC FUNCTION: Responsible for performing various legal administrative and office duties as assigned by the partners and lead attorneys.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Rosette, LLP is seeking a full-time executive/legal assistant to provide support to our team of attorneys. An ideal candidate will be able to successfully perform various legal administrative and office duties. Typical duties for this position include:

OTHER REQUIREMENTS: • Driver’s License • Licensed Notary Public in current and good standing • At least 4-5 years of significant and substantive experience as an executive assistant in a law firm or in-house setting • Microsoft Office: 5 years
*Salary is commensurate to experience.
