Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing media and marketing assistant seeking experience in the emerging cannabis industry. Responsibilities include creating social media posts, organizing content, and running campaigns.

To be successful in this position, you must have excellent communication skills. Looking for a self-starter with a passion for the cannabis industry and a strong interest in pursuing a career in media.

RESPONSIBILITIES: (NOTE: THE DUTIES LISTED BELOW ARE EXAMPLES OF THE VARIETY AND GENERAL NATURE OF THOSE PERFORMED BY EMPLOYEES IN THIS POSITION. OTHER DUTIES MAY BE REQUIRED AS ASSIGNED.)

• Maintaining a marketing content database
• Create social media posts and writing post descriptions
• Preparing, formatting, and editing a range of documents/images
• Updating social media accounts
• Support marketing executives in organizing various projects
• Assist in the organizing of promotional events and campaigns
• Convey messages through digital, photographic, video, and social media
• Coordinate events and book different venues
• Assist in general office duties

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent knowledge of Instagram
• Proficiency in the use of Apple devices
• Ability to follow precise directions with accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
• Great communication and people skills
• Proficiency in English, writing, and grammar
• Excels in a fast-paced work environment
• Photography or video experience a plus
• Must be vaccinated or willing to get vaccinated

HOURS:

• Monday through Friday 9 am-2 pm
