    Job Description

    GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

    Client Services Analyst (CSA) at Rosnet is responsible for the timely and accurate support for hundreds of Rosnet Users. To keep the Rosnet business achieving at the highest level, CSA personnel responds to phone calls and solve incidents generated from our clients, document the incident, resolve the problem, and assure that we continue to give the highest customer service to our clients.

     

    MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Intermediate keyboarding skills Ability to multitask Effective time management skills Ability to work individually and in a team environment Flexible availability shifts can involve days, nights, weekends, and holidays  

    MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Intermediate ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and solve issues for end users Technical aptitude and knowledge of computer software, operating systems, and browsers Basic networking knowledge Working knowledge of Andriod and iOS operating systems and mobile devices Knowledge, installation, and configuration of software  

    QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB

    Experience:

    Previous restaurant knowledge is a plus. Preferred consideration given to candidates with a working knowledge of Rosnet systems  

    KEY COMPETENCIES

    Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Ability to take care of the clients’ needs while following company procedures and policies.
