    Must be goal oriented, self motivated and ambitious. Looking for experienced internet sales consultants with minimum 2 years of working experience in auto internet sales.  Consultants should take pride in what they do and want to accomplish their and the departments sales goals. Must be computer savvy, have strong selling skills and impeccable customer service skills.

    SUMMARY

    Responds to Internet customer inquires and ensures that the dealership actualizes its maximum profit potential on Internet sales.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES

    Essential Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    Communicates effectively with Internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication, whether by phone, by email, or in person.

    Has thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services.

    Sells/leases and delivers a minimum of 10 units per month.

    Assists customers in selecting vehicles.

    Exceeds the minimum customer service target score of 938 on a consistent basis.

    Understands the psychology of Internet customers and works with them accordingly to draw them into the store for proper vehicle demonstration and to close the transaction.

    Checks email frequently and responds to inquiries immediately. Delivers messages intended for other departments promptly. 

    Handles all Internet sales inquiries personally.

    Coordinates Internet promotions with other dealership sales promotions and advertising.

    Maintains an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business.

    Writes complete sales orders and processes paperwork in accordance with dealership policies

    Utilizes dealership sales control and follow-up systems.

    Attends product and sales training courses as requested by sales manager.

    Keeps up-to-date on new products and services within the industry.

    Attends sales meetings.

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

    • Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    LANGUAGE SKILLS

    • Bilingual - Spanish or Mandarin

    CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

    Valid California Vehicle Sales License is required

    Valid California Drivers License is required
