Key Responsibilities:Client Interaction : Serve as the initial point of contact for potential clients, understanding their legal needs with empathy and professionalism. • Intake Team Coordination : Lead and manage the intake team, ensuring a cohesive and efficient operation. • Inquiry Assessment: Assess the urgency and relevance of each inquiry, ensuring prompt and appropriate responses. • Strategy Session Coordination: Schedule potential clients with the proper attorney, ensuring readiness for comprehensive strategy sessions. • Case Evaluation: Conduct preliminary evaluations of potential cases, guiding decision-making processes. • Data Management: Oversee the accurate and confidential management of client data and case details. • Process Management & Improvement: Regularly evaluate and enhance intake procedures for peak efficiency and client satisfaction. • Team Training: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure the intake team is proficient, empathetic, and aligned with firm standards. • Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor control measures to maintain the highest quality of client interaction and data management. • **Client Outreach & Nurture: **Ensure consistent follow-up and nurturing of potential clients, building trust and rapport. • Legal Compliance: Ensure all intake activities comply with legal standards and the firm's ethical guidelines. • Reporting: Provide comprehensive reports on intake metrics, team performance, and process efficacy. • Referral Management: Actively provides referrals to other attorneys when appropriate and meticulously manages the referral process.
