Your primary responsibility will be answering phones, providing excellent customer service, and coordinating client intake. This job will require ALL of the following: • Greeting clients and visitors, both by telephone and in-person, and scheduling appointments in a friendly and professional manner (we consider ourselves the Ritz Carlton of Criminal Defense lawyers) • Processing client intake paperwork in our case management system • Oversee the smooth transition of new cases to the legal team • Follow up with potential new clients who have not yet retained the firm • Maintain a tracking system to monitor leads, new clients, and referral sources • Treat a call or meeting at 4:30 on a Friday (or the weekend) with the same care and compassion as one on a Monday morning • Convey confidence and show empathy to our new potential clients who contact us by phone, web form, or live chat • Participate in weekly department meetings, and maintain KPIs, data, and metrics • Collect payment from clients Qualifications: • Compassionate and empathetic personality • Accepting of constructive criticism • Extreme attention to detail • Customer service experience • Exceptional English speaking skills and communication • 1-3 years of work experience is required • Fluent in Spanish is a bonus • Exceptional computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly • Must be a tough person • Self-starter who takes initiative Compensation: $33,000 - $45,500 yearly
