Responsibilities: At Rossen Law Firm, a distinguished and rapidly growing criminal defense practice, we seek a dedicated Legal Intake Specialist as the cornerstone of our client relations and case initiation process. This crucial role requires a blend of empathy, precision, and legal understanding, ensuring each potential client's first interaction with our firm is professional, reassuring, and reflective of our commitment to excellence. Guided by the Chief Revenue Officer, this role's primary mission is to encapsulate the essence of Rossen Law Firm's brand in every client interaction. Key Responsibilities:Client Interaction : Serve as the initial point of contact for potential clients, understanding their legal needs with empathy and professionalism. • Inquiry Assessment: Assess the urgency and relevance of each inquiry, ensuring prompt and appropriate responses. • Strategy Session Coordination: Schedule potential clients with the proper attorney, ensuring readiness for comprehensive strategy sessions. • Case Evaluation: Conduct preliminary evaluations of potential cases, guiding decision-making processes. • Data Management: A ccurate and confidential management of client data and case details. • Process Management & Improvement: Regularly evaluate and enhance intake procedures for peak efficiency and client satisfaction. • Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor control measures to maintain the highest quality of client interaction and data management. • **Client Outreach & Nurture: **Ensure consistent follow-up and nurturing of potential clients, building trust and rapport. • Legal Compliance: Ensure all intake activities comply with legal standards and the firm's ethical guidelines. • Referral Management: Actively provides referrals to other attorneys when appropriate and meticulously manages the referral process. Qualifications: • Proven experience in a legal intake or similar client-facing role or sales and customer service experience. • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport and trust. • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality. • Excellent organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • Resilient, driven, and persistent, with a strong desire to contribute to the firm's success. • Adept at problem-solving and decision-making. • Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development. Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 yearly
