Roth Electronics is a family owned and operated TV/appliance repair center located in Melbourne Fl. We're looking for a responsible, organized, and customer-oriented applicant for a long term full time position. Job duties include customer service, receiving, returning, and inventory control for parts that are used for repairs. Setting up the routes for service calls. Computer experience a must and Experience in Microsoft Office, Excel, is helpful. Experience with TV's, Appliances and electronics a plus, but not required. Must be able to multi-task, and communicate professionally over the phone and in written correspondence. We are a drug free workplace and all employees must have a valid Florida driver's license along with a good driving record. Must be able to pass a drug and background checks. • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Prepare and set up dispatching technicians for service calls.
