    As a leading design and production agency offering experience design, immersive media, interactive engineering, and custom fabrication to museums, attractions and brand destinations, Roto strives to deliver authentic, sensory experiences to create genuine human connections.

    The role of the Content Creator / PR Strategist will support Roto’s mission with a deep understanding of the company brand, tone, and sensibility, and be able to translate that to strong public-facing copy across print, digital, social media, and video. This position requires a clever, smart and detail-oriented person, ideally with a passion and curiosity for design, architecture, digital media, and the world of immersive experiences. The Content Creator / PR Strategist will report directly to the Director of Marketing and work closely with the entire marketing team, including Roto’s CEO.

    Responsibilities

    Write, edit, and manage written marketing materials across all market sectors, acting as both content creator and strategist.

    Establish guidelines around brand voice to ensure consistency in all written communications while reviewing, editing, and improving content written by others.

    Assist the Marketing Director in creating brand content for business proposals.

    Develop and manage an editorial calendar, collaborating with other members of the Roto team to ensure timely delivery of materials.

    Help develop and elevate communication strategies while identifying and executing new ways to amplify the stories we tell.

    Support our social media strategy with written copy tailored for each channel while working closely with our Marketing Coordinator to increase following and engagement.

    Plan and produce content, such as bylined articles, op-eds, and speaking presentations, in support of Roto’s thought leadership throughout the museum and brand destination industry.

    Qualifications

    Qualified candidates should have at least 5 years of copywriting experience and expertise in writing brand copy.

    Experience adopting and/or establishing brand voice, tone and style guidelines, especially for the architecture / design field.

    Passion for storytelling through multiple media types, both visual and written.

    Experience in copywriting that is specifically tailored for social media and proven knowledge of social media best practices. Familiarity with SEO guidelines is a plus.

    A love for wordsmithing and the importance of language in the stories that promote and celebrate genuine human connection.

    Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and organizational skills.

    A strong interest and curiosity for museums, attractions, and branded experiences.

    Experience within the architecture / design field is preferred.

    Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate across all of Roto’s interdisciplinary studios.

    Familiarity with Adobe CC (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).

    The successful candidate will join the rest of the dynamic team in person at our creative headquarters in Dublin, Ohio.
