The Production Manager is responsible for managing Production oriented scopes on projects through the design, fabrication and installation phases.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Participation in creative/technical development
Subcontractor & vendor management
Material & equipment sourcing
GC & architect coordination
Installation planning & implementation (some travel required)
Budget & schedule management
Client coordination
Basic Design skills for simple production a plus (CAD, SketchUp, etc.)
Production Managers collaborate with both the internal Roto project team and external vendors/subcontractors to execute production scopes.
Qualifications
This position is best suited for an individual with several years of experience managing complex production oriented projects on tight deadlines. Must be organized, flexible and adaptable. Strong communication skills are essential. Ideal candidates have relevant experience in managing projects for museums or other public facing built environments.
