Roto is searching for an experienced Controller, to work collaboratively in the Administration Department of a firm of interdisciplinary exhibit designers who plan, design and co-create custom interactive exhibits, play spaces and immersive experiences for museums, science centers, children’s museums, zoos, aquariums, and similar destinations. Together we are making a difference in the lives of small and large communities, using our talents to build genuine human connections through environmental design, immersive media, interactive games, and unforgettable storytelling. This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer.

On our Team, you will:

Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled on the books and records of the companies in the group.

Participate in and oversee all internal and external financial reporting in addition to managing all aspects of the finance workflow. This includes developing policies and procedures, setting goals and objectives, developing and monitoring office budget, and interaction with internal and external stakeholders.

Oversee all vendor and client contract management and compliance with associated internal policies.

Project cost reporting analytics and feedback.

Establishes and reviews internal controls to ensure accuracy and integrity of accounting records.

Responsible for forecasting and projecting future financial impacts to the business.

Your qualifications and education:

At least 5 years of experience and demonstrable success managing the accounting process, with experience in a professional services or construction firm preferred

Fluency with Microsoft Office is essential

Significant experience with QuickBooks Enterprise, Online or similar platform
