Roto-Rooter Plumbers is looking for an experienced CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE AND DISPATCHER. The selected candidate will have a dynamic phone presence along with excellent problem solving skills in evaluating customer calls and matching the right technician to every job.

IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF OFFICE ADMINISTRATION DUTIES AND PROCEDURES.

OPERATION HOURS ARE 7AM TO 9PM M-S AND 8AM TO 5PM SUNDAY.

Essential functions:

• Provide world class customer service through scheduling, communication and follow-up with our customers.
• IT competent; good typist and proficient with phone systems.
• Overcome customer scheduling objections/questions by explaining benefits of using Roto-Rooter.
• Handle customer issues and make invoice adjustments concerning billing or service.
• Dispatch and communicate with technicians efficiently to maximize their productivity and ensure customer experience is excellent.
• Maintain accurate time tracking on all service technicians and plumbers.
• Follow-up with customers to ensure they are happy with our services.
• Follow-up with customers to schedule work on provided estimates.
• Manage warranty calls for repairs.
• Personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
