A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DISPATCHER / CALL CENTER MANAGER
As a Dispatcher / Call Center Manager, you arrive on time each day to effectively send our plumbing technicians to the appropriate location. Your ultimate responsibilities involve safety, profit & loss, client satisfaction, and employee engagement. You coach the current dispatching on how to handle and sell incoming service calls. You care about our company vision and work hard to drive our success from your area of stewardship, keeping your finger on the pulse of all aspects of our business. You get great satisfaction out of helping us achieve our goals as a successful and trusted part of our community!
You work hard to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising customer service. Most of your day is spent in an office environment on the phone or computer. Your friendly and capable demeanor comes through as you receive incoming client calls and dispatch service calls to plumbing technicians.
You schedule calls in order to provide prompt, convenient service, as well as maximize our field technicians' time and mileage. You forecast days and weeks ahead to keep all employees working and on track. And, as necessary, you assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties. You feel good about ensuring that our clients are satisfied, all parties are well-informed, and everything runs smoothly.
