Job Description

The US Channel Business Development Manager will drive and execute the Oil & Gas Mid-Stream growth strategy for the US market by product line to meet US growth targets and KPI’s.

Reporting to the Region Director - Americas, they will work closely with dormant channel partners to reactivate excitement for Rotork products, develop and implement effective channel growth strategies to US channel partners, and create marketing programs that create interest for channel partners to drive Rotork business.

Qualifications

Experience Requirements:

• Degree or recognized qualification in Engineering or Business
• Senior sales and Business Development experience in manufacturing (industrial engineering ideal), likely to be gained from over 4 years in a similar role
• Outstanding collaborative working across a variety of business units, challenging and changing siloed thinking wherever it appears
• Ready to travel nationally as required
