    ABOUT THE ROLE

    If you are looking to get involved with a growing company that practices continuous innovation, empowers nonprofits, and transforms the landscape of financial technologies in the nonprofit sector, this is the job for you!

    YOU WILL BE THE FIRST ENGINEERING HIRE and work closely with the Co-Founder, Braden. This position involves synthesizing client needs into product features and will handle everything from DB -> Front End. You must be able to build and maintain a clean and reusable code. As our first technical hire, you will play an integral role in architecting and building our product. 

     

    EXPERIENCE & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • 3+ years in full-stack development with an understanding of the entire development lifecycle

    • 3+ years of experience engineering production systems using our stack or similar technologies: Javascript, Swift, Vue.js, Redux, MySQL, AWS, Cordova etc.

    • Able to write your own tickets, set the cadence of your sprints, and handle deployments. 

    • We build and support products across Web, Mobile, and Integrated Apps; you must possess knowledge to be able to iterate and improve our product across various technical stacks

    • Strong ability to measure product effectiveness, understand user behavior, and work across the team to design and build features meeting the market demand

    • Able to build for today and plan for tomorrow; the first Engineering hire, you will build the foundation of the product that can support the company for years to come
