About the Role:

Guardian is looking for a dependable and hardworking Route Cleaner to join our growing team in Allentown, PA. Responsibilities:

Perform cleaning and maintenance duties along an assigned route of commercial or residential locations

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors, surfaces, and common areas

Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with company guidelines

Restock supplies such as paper products and hand soap at each stop

Inspect and report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards to supervisors

Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in proper working condition

Complete route on schedule while meeting quality and safety standards

Requirements:

Prior experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or a related field preferred

Ability to follow a route schedule independently and manage time effectively

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards

Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license may be required

Ability to work early morning, evening, or weekend shifts as needed

Positive, professional attitude with strong work ethic
