In an effort to continue to provide the best possible service for our growing customer needs, Culligan Water Conditioning of Salem, VA is seeking qualified applicants to fill our open position as a full-time Route Delivery Driver.

The primary responsibilities of this position are:

Delivery of 5-gallon bottles of water

Delivery of 40 lb. bags of water softener salt and other items

Deliveries will be in the general Roanoke Valley, New River Valley and surrounding areas. The starting hourly pay will range between $16.00 and $18.00 per hour depending on experience.

Qualified applicants must be able:

Lift and carry as much as 80 pounds on a regular basis

Be able to pass a DOT physical (CDL not required)

Be able to safely drive a Ford F550 with a 16’ box

Have an active driver’s license

Have a clean driving record

Have basic mathematical skills

Delivery commissions and sales commissions are also available based on performance.
