    Route Sales Driver (Part-Time, 2 Days/Week) Weaver’s of Wellsville, a fifth-generation, family-owned food company, is expanding into new markets. We’re bringing our products into non-traditional retail locations like hardware stores, bowling alleys, fishing shops, and other local businesses, and we’re looking for the right person to help build this from the ground up. This is more than a driving job. It’s an opportunity to grow a route, build relationships, and play a direct role in expanding a brand with real momentum. Responsibilities: • Drive a company route truck within approximately 60 miles of Wellsville • Call on non-traditional retail locations to introduce and sell our products • Open new accounts and develop long-term customer relationships • Service and restock existing accounts • Build, maintain, and suggest product displays to drive sales Qualifications: • Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently • Willingness to engage with business owners and ask for the sale • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Compensation: This role is designed to reward performance, initiative, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships. • Base Pay: $12/hour (10-hour days = $120 guaranteed per day) Incentives: • New Account Bonus, Retention Bonus, Sales Commission, Display Bonus, Account Growth Bonus (“Buyout”): When an account grows large enough to transition into our full distribution system, you will receive a bonus per account , based on size and volume. Compensation: $12 hourly + Commision
