Job Title: Route Sales & Merchandising Representative Pay: $25/hour (non-commission) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 AM – 12:00/1:00 PM (overtime available) Location: Based in Columbus, OH – servicing primarily Kroger and Giant Eagle stores in the region

Silver Bridge Coffee is a woman-owned, family-operated specialty coffee roaster based in Ohio. We pride ourselves on quality, consistency, and outstanding customer service. As our business grows, we’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Route Sales & Merchandising Representative to join our team and be the face of our brand at retail locations throughout the Columbus area.

What You’ll Do:

Deliver coffee to assigned retail stores on a set route

Stock and organize shelves and displays to brand standards

Rotate product and check expiration dates to ensure freshness

Maintain strong relationships with store staff and managers

Report back on stock levels and any issues in the field

What You Won’t Do:

This is not a commission-based position. You’ll earn a guaranteed $25/hour, with available overtime and no pressure to sell more to earn more. Your focus is service, quality, and consistency—not upselling.

What We’re Looking For:

Early riser with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for several hours

Experience in merchandising, delivery, or grocery a plus (but not required)

Friendly, reliable, and great with time management
