Small, detail oriented team looking for an immediate hire for a local Delivery Driver operating a 26' refrigerated box truck. NO CDL required.

Work Schedule is M-R

Duties : Safely operate a 26' box truck in compliance with all DOT and FMCSA regulations (approx 1000 miles per week). Safely operate a hand truck, u boat, pallet jack, and lift gate Professionally communicate with customers, resolve or relay customer issues promptly, and proficiently communicate with team. Professionally stock delivery to company standards, and generate orders for next delivery with emphasis on maximizing sales through consistent deliveries and attention to detail.

Requirements : Ability to operate independently. Clean Driving Record Must pass DOT required pre employment drug screen & background check Valid DOT Medical Card Ability to stay overnight in Hotel 1 night per week (company paid, plus meal stipend). Excellent Customer Service Skills Ability to lift 45 lbs continually throughout the day Ability to operate a hand truck with a load of 200+ lbs repeatedly. Excellent Communication Skills Strong desire to maximize income

Compensation :

Training pay of $250 per day.

After training, guaranteed salary of $65k annually for 4 days of work, incentive to earn more within route structure.
