  • Responsibilities

    The Route Supervisor is responsible for supporting the site manager with the day-to-day operations. This position will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring quality standards are being met, and working to develop the business. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong desire to get involved in all aspects of the operations. Responsibilities: • Prioritize safety through accident prevention programs, including accountability for safe behaviors, conducting safety meetings, and maintaining a safety-focused culture. • Optimize our business by creating, modifying, and improving routes to maximize efficiency. • Gather and review customer feedback to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty to the Company. Provide coaching, feedback, and exposure to challenging assignments for team members. • Collaborate frequently with colleagues across departments, such as sales and maintenance teams, to ensure business and operational goals are achieved. • Implement engagement programs to attract new employees and drive existing employee loyalty, satisfaction, and retention. • Establish productivity goals where needed, ensure adherence to operating standards, and manage labor hours and expenses closely. • Ensure quality standards are being met. • Work to develop the business by taking on new projects and implementing changes as needed. • Develop and implement systems to ensure smooth operations. • Maintain communication with all stakeholders within the business. • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe working environment. • Make sure all trucks get on their routes safely. Qualifications: • Must be able to follow through on commitments. • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate team members. • Must be able to remain calm under pressure. • Knowledge of office software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). • Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently. • Ability to be organized and detail-oriented. • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks. • Must be able to manage stress effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication skills (written and oral). • Waste Management: 1 year (Required). Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 yearly
