Your Responsibilities of a Route Transport Driver:

As a Route Transport Driver, you will:

• Operate company transport or shuttle vehicles safely along assigned routes
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure safety and compliance
• Keep vehicles clean, organized, and in good working condition
• Adhere to all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety standards
• Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and handling luggage when needed
• Communicate clearly with dispatch regarding schedules, route changes, and updates
• Complete trip logs, inspection forms, and fuel records accurately
• Report maintenance concerns or safety issues promptly
• Perform additional support tasks as needed to assist fleet operations

What You’ll Bring as a Route Transport Driver:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1–3 years of transport or shuttle driving experience (preferred)
• Excellent driving record with a strong commitment to safety
• Dependable, professional, and customer-service–oriented attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Licenses & Certifications

• Valid CDL license
• State Inspection License (preferred)
• Ability to pass a DOT physical
