POSITION OVERVIEW
We’re looking for highly motivated, energetic, and bright technical support associates who are customer-focused and eager to grow. The ideal candidate for this position will have a can-do attitude, an aptitude for computer hardware, software, and cloud services, and be process-oriented with an eye for detail.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle support calls from customers
Take ownership of customer issues reported and resolving problems
Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve system and hardware issues
Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
Prioritize and manage several tasks at one time
Create and contribute to user documentation and support knowledgebase
Assist with customer upgrades
Conduct device configurations and preparation
Perform other related duties as assigned
Carry after-hours support phone on a rotating schedule
QUALIFICATIONS
An associate’s degree or higher from an accredited school
A strong team player with the willingness and ability to collaborate across multiple projects
Ability to juggle multiple tasks
Strong work ethic, a high level of integrity, and a willingness to put customers first
Flexibility and willingness to work on whatever is required
Great communication skills as the position may require talking with our customers, partners, and vendors
Progressively increasing levels of responsibility in the areas of operations management and customer service
Experience with SQL and basic SQLServer administration (preferred)
Experience with SalesForce (preferred)
Experience with Android and Windows OS (preferred)
Experience with scripting batch files, etc. (preferred)
