We’re seeking a Routing Dispatcher to join our fast-paced Fort Collins operations team. In this essential role, you’ll coordinate daily transportation activity, support drivers, and ensure every trip runs smoothly—from scheduling to completion.

What You’ll Do as a Routing Dispatcher:

• Assign and schedule trips based on driver availability, proximity, and customer needs
• Monitor real-time fleet activity to maintain on-time performance and address issues quickly
• Communicate route details, updates, and schedule changes clearly and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of routes, vehicle assignments, and trip coordination
• Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to improve efficiency and service quality
• Handle unexpected challenges with calm, solution-focused professionalism

What You Bring to the Role as a Routing Dispatcher:

• Experience in dispatching, logistics, scheduling, or transportation operations (preferred)
• Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to stay focused and effective in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
• Familiarity with dispatch systems, GPS tracking, or routing software (a plus)
• Valid driver’s license required
