zTrip is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Routing Dispatcher to join our team in Fort Collins, CO. In this essential role, you’ll coordinate and manage transportation logistics for services including Dial-a-Ride, NEMT (Non-Emergency Medical Transportation), and public transit. Your ability to organize trip schedules, communicate with drivers, and maintain accurate records will ensure the smooth operation of our daily transit services.

Key Responsibilities of a Routing Dispatcher:

• Provide prompt and professional support to drivers, customers, and internal staff
• Accurately schedule and dispatch trips for various services, including Dial-a-Ride, Greeley Evans Transit, NEMT, and special accounts
• Maintain and update trip records using platforms like Trapeze, RouteMatch, LogistiCare, and MTI Tel Op System
• Monitor reports daily to ensure trip accuracy and operational efficiency
• Adjust schedules in real-time due to weather, traffic delays, or other disruptions
• Ensure complete and accurate documentation for all specialized transportation accounts
• Communicate clearly and efficiently with drivers and support staff to provide updates and resolve issues

What You Bring as a Routing Dispatcher:

• Experience in dispatching, transportation coordination, or customer service is preferred
• Familiarity with transportation management software (e.g., Trapeze, RouteMatch, LogistiCare) is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
