Dispatcher – Join the zTrip Transportation Revolution!

zTrip is seeking a motivated Dispatcher to join our team in Fort Collins, CO! In this critical role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and dispatching a variety of transportation services, including Dial-a-Ride, NEMT (Non-Emergency Medical Transportation), and public transit trips. Your ability to manage trip logistics, communicate effectively, and maintain accurate documentation will help ensure seamless daily operations and outstanding service delivery.

Key Responsibilities as a Dispatcher:

• Deliver timely and professional support to drivers, staff, and customers.
• Schedule and manage trips for Dial-a-Ride, Greeley Evans Transit, NEMT, and other special accounts with accuracy.
• Log and maintain trip records using platforms such as Trapeze, RouteMatch, LogistiCare, and the MTI Tel Op System.
• Monitor daily reports to verify booking accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Make real-time adjustments for schedule disruptions due to weather, traffic, or other incidents.
• Ensure complete and accurate documentation for all account-specific trips.
• Communicate clearly with drivers and team members to relay updates and instructions.

What You Bring to the Team as a Dispatcher:

• Experience in dispatching, transportation coordination, or customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with transportation software systems like Trapeze, RouteMatch, and LogistiCare is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• A strong sense of responsibility and commitment to customer service.
