Key Responsibilities of a Routing Specialist:

• Dispatch drivers for both scheduled and on-demand services
• Monitor vehicle locations and track driver statuses in real-time

• Maintain accurate dispatch records and logs

Qualifications of a Routing Specialist:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Prior dispatch or related experience is a plus
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities
• Proficient with dispatch software and GPS systems
• Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
