Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a Routing Specialist:

• Ensure passengers are picked up on time and efficiently routed.
• Organize and manage driver routes and schedules.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve transportation-related issues or complaints.
• Assist drivers with navigation and route optimization.
• Answer inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.

Qualifications of a Routing Specialist:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of call center experience.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Previous scheduling or dispatch experience preferred.
• Experience in a dispatch or customer service role is a plus.
