Order Like a Pro: Handle bulk ordering from top distributors like Shamrock, US Foods, or Sysco.
Adapt and Thrive: Embrace change with a positive attitude and adapt to new challenges with ease.
Maintain Excellence: Uphold the highest standards of food quality and safety, adhering to FDA food code regulations.
Skills and Experience You Bring:
Leadership: Proven experience in kitchen management, with the ability to manage both yourself and your team effectively.
Organizational Genius: Stellar organizational skills and attention to detail.
Planning and Foresight: Strong planning abilities and spatial awareness.
Quality Control Expertise: A commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards in every dish.
Food Safety Savvy: Knowledge of FDA food code and a food manager certification.
Clean Driving Record: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
