We are excited you may be interested in working at Dogtopia. We are a dog daycare, overnight and grooming facility open 7 days a week. This position is for what we call a Rover. The Rover is responsible for running dogs to the appropriate playroom, evaluating new dogs to ensure they are ready for open play, making and handing out meals/meds, assisting our playroom coaches during breaks or when in need to jump in and manage the room.

Skills required:

• Strong and effective communications
• Organized and effective managing your time
• Good customer presence, knowing what to say and how to deliver messages about dog behavior

Experience required:

• Must have experience working with dogs at a daycare or boarding facility
• min 1-3 years, preferably more than 2

Expected Culture:

• Good communication with peers and management
• Be professional. check your personal challenges at the door and execute your role
• No drama. We are not looking for teammates that create drama; we all to do our part
• Strong teamwork. Help the other teammates with their work when you are ahead of yours.

Bring your dog to work! We enjoy having our employee dogs play while they work. Of course, there is no charge for this.
