Compensation: • Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Stipend Benefits • Additional financial incentives for leasing activity completed • Rapid growth potential Responsibilities: • Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promotional materials to help secure quick rentals of all properties • Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close the deal • Establish rental rates by researching local markets and calculating costs to ensure fair and accurate pricing • Validate all personal references and rental application information • Become acquainted with client expectations of housing and finances and highlight properties that meet those expectations Qualifications: • 1+ years’ experience preferably in property management. Not a requirement • Knowledge of Buildium • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software • Hands-on, decisive individual who can work independently as well as with a team Compensation: Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000
