Row House is seeking a Fall Marketing Intern to coordinate marketing and brand management for our studio that is located in College Station, TX.Row House is a boutique rowing concept that strives to give people of all different fitness levels an efficient, high-cardio, full-body workout in 45 minutes. Row House creates an environment that raises everyone up so they come together, rowing on the same rhythm, with the same flow and energy. Each synchronized group fitness experience champions a sense of purpose; one that provides a fun, team-oriented environment that encompasses a true sense of community. Our workout is authentic to the sport of rowing and stays true to form to one of the world’s oldest sports. Targeting the upper body, lower body, and core all at once, the brand's fitness program offers an energetic, endorphin-boosting workout in a safe, inspiring, and inclusive environment.POSITION:The ideal Marketing Intern will coordinate key marketing functions from social media management to event management and lead generation.REQUIREMENTS:• Sport Management, Business, Communications, or Marketing majors preferred.• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the studio team.• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email.• Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment.• Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement.• An affinity and passion for fitness.• Solid writing and grammar skills.• Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.• Professional, punctual, reliable and neat.• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.• Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information.• Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general public.DUTIES:• Coordination of Grass Roots Marketing efforts.• Assist in implementation of Social Media Editorial Calendar.• Drive lead generation efforts through advertising and marketing engagement efforts.• Proficiency in major social media avenues including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.• Ensure all marketing efforts follow Row House brand guidelines.• Schedule and assist with networking/community events and studio promotions.• Any other duties as assigned.COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:• Free studio unlimited membership.• Opportunity for Class Credit, as applicable.• $500 Stipend Per Semester.
