    RowNet is seeking an experienced Onsite Low Voltage Foreman to join our team in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for managing onsite ICT (Data Cabling, Audio/Visual, Security/Access Control) commercial installations, overseeing subcontractors, ensuring project deadlines are met, and maintaining high-quality workmanship.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • You manage onsite project installation activities, including scheduling and coordinating subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship, and meeting project deadlines and specifications.
    • You develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
    • You oversee and ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
    • You communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
    • You provide leadership and mentorship to the project team.
    • You evaluate upcoming tasks and anticipate equipment and material needs.
    • You evaluate upcoming workload and manpower needs. You perform recruiting, hiring, and onboarding duties.
    • You act as the “eyes and ears” on-site and report any problems to your supervisor immediately.

    Qualifications:

    • We want to talk to you ASAP if you can demonstrate high proficiency in the implementation of one or more of the following ICT/ Low Voltage Systems:

      • Data Structured Cabling
      • Audio/Visual (A/V) Systems
      • Access Control Systems
      • Video Surveillance Systems
    • You possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in onsite ICT/Low Voltage system installations as Foreman, Crew Leader, Project Manager, or other similar job title/position

    • You have a provable track record of successfully managing ICT/Low Voltage system projects from start to finish.

    • We want you to have strong customer service, leadership, and communication skills, as well as a working knowledge of OSHA.

    • You are adept at reading, interpreting, and following construction drawings and specifications for Low Voltage Systems.

    • We want you to be a strong team leader, be skilled in team building, team dynamics, people management, client services, and project management.

    • You have intermediate to expert-level knowledge of the ICT/ Low Voltage industry and standards.

    • Knowledge of Procore is a plus
    • You should be skilled in multi-project management, performing and keeping to speed with multiple tasks and competing priorities.

    • You know how to use MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
    • We want you to maintain a clean appearance, as you are a direct representation of our company, maintain a punctual schedule, and keep the work environment safe, clean, and organized as much as possible.
    • You will be working onsite at project locations in the DFW area, therefore, you will need to possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record.

    • You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
    • BICSI Certification(s) (a plus)
    • OSHA Certification 10/30 (a plus)
    • Manufacturer Certification(s) for ICT Product Lines (a plus)

    Physical Requirements:

    • We need you to have the ability to climb ladders, crouch, kneel and work in confined areas for extended periods, and lift heavy objects
    • We need you to be available and willing to work outside in various weather conditions as needed.
