MT PLEASANT, MI OFFICE – Rowan Business Incubator is considering applications for an open Social Media & Influencer Marketing Associate. We are looking for organized individuals that can assist in managing social media platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop organic content and campaign strategies for in-house projects and clients
• Manage budgets for influencer marketing and social media projects
• Optimize brand awareness and brand presence across channels (via digital presence, SEO, and analytical methods)
• Provide expertise on latest social media trends and tools, providing recommendations, and remain current on emerging industry trends
• Oversee PR programs, drafting press releases, sharing analytics from such releases including hits and PR wins
• Generate performance reports

SKILLS RECOMMENDED

• Experience with social media marketing, influencer marketing, and PR (if no prior position experience, must have the knowledge to start work without in-depth training)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Strong knowledge of current social media platforms and algorithms
• Ability to work independently, manage large workloads, adhere to deadlines
• Detail-oriented, professional, organized
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

Pay: Market Pay Rate; From $23.00 per hour lowest level + Monthly Performance Bonuses + Employee Perquisites

Pay is dependent on experience, with the lowest base of $23.00 per hour, with lunch, health, and beauty stipends, in addition to opportunities to earn high compensation. Rowan prioritizes making the experience enjoyable for our team and will provide plenty of activities, outings, and employee perks.
