During the unprecedented times of 2020 RAA were proud to retain our entire Travel Team. With redeployment our travel team embraced new opportunities within RAA and now that travel is back some team members have chosen to continue their new careers thus bringing both Full Time and Part Time vacancies within our travel department at various stores across Adelaide.

Reporting to the store Team Leader you will be a passionate, talented and an experienced travel consultant who is customer service focused with a passion for all things travel, this role will see you:  

• Create and manage end to end travel bookings tailored to each customer’s needs
• Provide a customer service experience that can’t be felt anywhere else  
• Achieve and exceed set sales targets
• Research and maintain an extensive knowledge of travel industry products, systems and processes

WHAT YOU NEED

At RAA we hire on cultural fit first and technical fit second! However, to be successful in the role you will need to have:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Travel Consultant Role
• A demonstrated track record of reaching high performing sales targets
• Outstanding attention to detail along with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work cohesively within a team
• Knowledge in both international and domestic products
