Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Hit production targets
-Follow up with prospective customer
-Having needs based conversations and uncovering needs
-Follow systems that lead to closed calls
Maintain leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
REQUIREMENTS:
Associate's degree or higher required
Flexibility, position may require irregular working hours
Ability to multi-task
Self-motivated and proactive in problem solving
Pride in getting work done accurately and timely
Bilingual - Spanish preferred but not required
SPECIAL CONDITIONS (eg. Seasonal, shifts, travel, evenings, etc.):
-Working long hours – evenings and weekends
-Minimal travel
