YOUR IMPACT The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to Baton Rouge office location.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING • Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments. • Travels to Post Office and/or Client offices to receive mail, documents, packages, and delivers or distributes items. • Delivers proposals to correct addresses, obtaining signatures and proof of receipt when necessary. • Coordinating with vendors to provide services and maintenance for the office. • Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment. • Keeping kitchen/snacks/drinks stocked. • Performs administrative and clerical support tasks. • Performs basic filing and recordkeeping.
HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED Required Skills/Abilities: • Excellent verbal communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. • Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems. • Ability to drive safely. • Able to always remain professional and courteous. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Education and Experience: • High school diploma or equivalent required.
