JOB SUMMARY

The Credit Clerk will be responsible for administrative support to the Credit Team and continuous training to service our national customer base with their Accounts Receivable and Credit Account inquiries.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Process credit card and EFT transactions for all company locations

· Provide invoice and/or supporting documentation copies to customers and Credit Team, as requested

· Obtain builder approvals for all locations

· Maintaining records of communication with builders and customer AP contacts

· Maintain Authorization for Adjustment Log

· Distribution of customer invoices via mail and/or email OR upload to vendor portal system

· Notify the respective Credit Analyst of issues found with invoices/transactions

· Assist in monthly inventory counts

· Special projects and other administrative duties, as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

· High School diploma or GED required

· Associates degree preferred or equivalent education and experience combined

· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative support capacity

· Experience in a manufacturing environment helpful

· Strong knowledge of computer applications, specifically Microsoft Office Suite

· Excellent organizational and analytical skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Attention to detail; accuracy is imperative

· A professional, positive, and enthusiastic attitude

· Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

· Macola Progression experience a plus
