Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing service support and resolving issues.
We provide repair and maintenance services for commercial real estate properties to Property Managers and Property Owners throughout Southern California, including electrical, plumbing, asphalt work, landscaping, general maintenance, construction, etc. Experience in a property management, facilities management, or vendor services is a plus.
We operate as a team and every member of the team plays his or her part. In order for this to work properly, our work order management system is the center of all our processes and is used on every call or email. Therefore, keeping records of all customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints is an integral part of this role. And, we use the system to organize the delivery of our services.
The Customer Service Specialist is a professional who acts as an advocate for our customer within our organization - - we never transfer our clients around within our company. Whoever answers the phone or an email becomes the single point-of-contact for that client and ensures his or her issue is resolved completely and satisfactorily.
