    Job Description

    Sales Department Responsibilities * Own new customer credit inquiries (using existing portal) for potential new customers, as identified by sales leaders * Process credit apps, obtain credit references, bank history, etc. * Provide data-based recommendation to Sales VP and CFO * Own setting up approved new customers * Get portal access, set up company information, etc. * Process customer requests for renewable documents * Certificates of insurance, letters of guarantee, etc. * Process all new item setup/product change requests * Coordinate with sales representatives, production, and information systems to confirm specs and establish new item numbers * Own Customer Price Lists (Commercial and Retail) * Format and distribution of price lists including sales promotions and PODs (price deviations) * Field inquiries and general customer questions, routing to appropriate parties as necessary * Account handlers, Accounting, Customer service, Sales Directors, Sales VP * Administrative data management in customer product data portals * Uploading product specs and information requested by customers * Assist Sales in RFP (request for proposal) process * Official process to bid on new business, both new and existing customers. * Manage tradeshow presence at both ISSA and PLMA * Booth space selection, coordinate booth installation and dismantling, shipping & logistics, booth furnishing rentals, coordination of participant travel arrangements, coordinate client dinners Marketing Department Responsibilities * Manage (and optimize) all sales and marketing materials * Including print advertising and royal product catalogs * Manage Royal Paper websites * www.Royalpaper.us * Monitor and reply to requests sent via website (to info@royalpaper.usor via "contact us"), coordinate product photography for sites, post website updates, coordinate broader website re-fresh when needed as a project * Partner with Head of Sales/Mktg on marketing research to map out the future of our brand images/equity (packaging, etc.) * Administrative role with Royal Paper future marketing needs - packaging, research, etc. Responsibilities: * Provide communication and reporting to internal staff and external customers * Qualify new customers by obtaining and processing all necessary documentation including credit application, bank history etc. * Set-up new customers * Process customer requests for renewable documents (Certificates of Insurance, Letters of Guarantee etc) * Process new item set-up/product change requests * Coordinate with sales representatives, production, and information systems to confirm specs and establish new item numbers * Administer data management in customer product data portals * Format and distribution of price lists including sales promotions and PODs (price deviations) * Assist Sales in RFP (request for proposal) process * Manage tradeshow presence including booth space selection, booth installation and dismantling, coordination of participant travel arrangements and client dinners * Monitor and reply to requests received via website, * Manage Royal Paper websites * Create and manage all sales and marketing materials including product catalogs and print advertising * Coordinate any product photography needs * Perform other duties as assigned Royal Paper is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
