A Customer Service Representative's job is to assist consumers in understanding a company's products and services. Phone, e-mail, web chat, and social media are all options for getting in touch with them. Concerns, complaints, and other issues are also handled by a Customer Service Representative.

• Minimum 1 year of phone-based, customer service experience

• Strong customer service and written skills
• Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with difficult callers
