Billing Clerk has the primary responsibility to provide administrative and customer service support to Billing Operations. Respond to internal and external customer inquiries; assist will call customers; prepare operations reports and perform systems data entry. Duties include: - Providing administrative support to Billing Operations. Perform clerical functions including answering phones, making copies, data entry and general correspondence - Respond to external and internal customer questions and requests - Interface with customers via telephone, e-mail and in person - Performing data entry and prepare standard reports

Qualifications

• 18+ years old

• High school diploma

• Can lift 10+ lbs

• Must pass drug screen

• Must pass background check

• At least 1 years of data entry or clerical experience, preferably in the transportation industry

• 50 WPM

• AS400 experience preferred

• Dispatching experience preferred

• Microsoft Office experience required
