WAREHOUSE PACKAGE HANDLER

JOB SUMMARY:

A package handler is in charge of loading and unloading items from delivery trucks or within a warehouse. This employment includes moving, lifting, pushing, tugging, scanning, and putting packages, crates, and other freight items in a safe and efficient manner while according to the company's regulations and requirements.

• Packages must be loaded and unloaded from delivery trucks.
• Find the goods on store shelves.
• Product packaging and labeling
• Sort out the shipments.
• Scan each parcel in order to record tracking information.

PACKAGE HANDLER QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• GED certificate or high school diploma (preferred)
• Experience at a warehouse
• License to operate a forklift (preferred)
• Excellent organizing skills
• Physical endurance
